What is the MEUP assistant?
The MEUP assistant is a simple and convenient service for online client bookings.
It helps business owners accept appointments through a booking widget and an admin panel, automatically reminds clients about their visits, stores visit history, and manages the client database.
The system saves time, reduces errors, and makes the booking process clear and transparent for both the owner and the clients.
How do I connect my business to the system?
All you need to do is register and start using the service. Click here to create an account.
Can I use MEUP without having my own website?
Yes.
You can either embed the widget into your website or use a public booking link.
You can place this link in your social media profile or anywhere convenient — clients can open it, see the booking form, and make an appointment immediately.
You can find the link in Company → Management → Booking Widget.
How does the public booking link work?
When a client follows the link, they immediately see a step-by-step form where they can choose a service, date, and time.
To get the link, open the admin panel, then go to Company → Management → Booking Widget, where you can copy it.
How can I change my company details?
In the admin panel, open Company → Management.
On that page, you will see all company information — edit it and save the changes.
Do I need to install any software?
No. MEUP works directly in your browser.
Does the system work on mobile phones?
Yes. The interface is fully optimized for mobile devices.
A mobile app will also be available in the future.

We offer the basic MEUP SOLO plan — ideal for individual trainers, consultants, doctors, hair stylists, nail technicians, and other professionals. Price: $5.99/month.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required.
Can I pay monthly and cancel monthly?
Yes. When choosing a plan, you can select the “Monthly” payment option.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges will occur.

How does a client receive booking confirmation?
After making an appointment, the client automatically receives an email with the booking details.
Can reminders be sent automatically?
Yes. MEUP includes an automatic reminder feature.
To enable and configure it, go to: Company → Management → Email Settings.
How can I export my client database?
You can export your client list to a CSV file.
To do this, open: CRM → Clients.
In the top-right corner, click the “Export CSV” button.

Can I connect Google Calendar?
Yes. You can connect a shared calendar for the entire company in Company → Management.
Or you can connect an individual calendar for each staff member: open CRM → Employees, select an employee, and add their personal calendar.
Can I add multiple staff members?
Yes. If you are on the MEUP TEAM plan, you can add staff members in CRM → Employees.
How do I set working hours and days off?
In each employee’s settings, you can define working days, hours, lunch breaks, and days off.
Open CRM → Employees, select an employee, and configure their schedule.

Data & Security

Where is my data stored?
All data is stored on a dedicated server in a secure database.
Information is transmitted through a protected HTTPS connection.
Only the company owner and authorized administrators of the account have access to the data.
How can I delete a client’s data upon request?
If a client wants their data removed, they can contact you directly.
You simply open their profile in CRM → Clients and delete it.
All client data will be permanently removed from your database.
Who has access to my account?
Only the company owner — meaning you — has access by default.
Additionally, you can grant access to your administrators by adding them as staff members in the admin panel.
