Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions for MEUP.

1. Free Trial

MEUP offers a 14-day free trial. No payment card is required to start the trial. During the trial, you can test the service before choosing a paid subscription.

2. Paid Subscriptions

After the free trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the selected plan.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with MEUP, you may request a refund within 30 days of your first paid subscription charge.

This guarantee applies only to the first paid subscription payment for a new customer account.

4. Renewal Payments

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevented you from using the service.

5. Add-ons and Usage-Based Services

This Policy also applies to paid add-ons, integrations, and usage-based services.

If an add-on was purchased together with the first paid subscription charge, it may be included in the refund under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

If an add-on was activated separately after the paid subscription started, payments for an already activated or used period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law, in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues on our side.

Usage-based services, including messages, external integrations, or other third-party costs, may be non-refundable for the portion already used.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please include:

  • your account email;
  • payment date;
  • reason for the refund request;
  • Paddle transaction/order reference, if available.

You may also request payment support through Paddle using the information in your payment confirmation email.

7. Payment Processor

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle provides payment processing, customer payment support, and handles returns.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on the payment method and bank. Card refunds typically take several business days to appear.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
